  •  Please note that once paint products are shipped they can not be cancelled or returned via shipping.

     

    1. If there is a problem with the paint, (for example it's not mixing or has a strange texture etc) It can then be exchanged either by bringing it to our physical location (please call first to make sure we are there for you 910-200-8743) or by shipping it back to us. We do not refund return shipping fees. Please know that we are always happy to help!
    2. A note to scammers and phishing: This will not be tolerated and we will prosecute. To us it's no different than shop lifting (and I can't even believe it's come to me having to put this here *heavy sigh*). If you cancel and order though your credit card or payment service you will be investigated.

    We are a VERY small family business and can not afford to deal with this sort of nonsense.

    • First, Please know that we are always happy to help!
    • If there is a problem with a product, (for example its description was wrong (we're human and can make mistakes) or something isn't functioning correctly) Please contact us to let us know the issue and we will refund once the item is returned to us.
    • All items will be insured when shipped, if something arrives broken please take pictures and send them to us through our contact page with your order information so we can file a claim and get your refund started.
