
Return Policy
First, Please know that we are always happy to help!
If there is a problem with a product, (for example its description was wrong or something isn't functioning correctly (excludes sold "as is" secondhand items) Please contact us to let us know the issue and we will refund once the item is returned to us.
All items will be insured when shipped, if something arrives broken please take pictures (we do this as well when we pack and ship) and send them to us through our contact page with your order information so we can file a claim and get your refund started.
Please keep in mind we are a VERY small family business, we do not have departments (like shipping, returns etc) Usually it's just 2 of us (usually a husband and wife team with some occasion help from our grown children). We do it all, wrap, ship, return emails, calls, messages, make, buy, clean, etc, etc. Please know we love our biz and our customers and will do everything we can to satisfy your needs!
Due to the nature of our business, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kelly@wishbringers.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
239 Winnie Pearl Ln., Hampstead, NC, 28443, United States (this is not a commercial address please do not hand deliver).
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If we are shipping an item over $75, we will be using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once an order has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipper we can not cancel or refund that order. You must wait to receive it and then ship it back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) back we will issue you a refund for those items as long as they comply with the rules above. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A note to scammers and phishing: This will not be tolerated and we will prosecute. To us it's no different than shoplifting (and I can't even believe it's come to me having to put this here *heavy sigh*). If you cancel and order though your credit card or payment service you will be investigated.
